National Associations of Chevaliers of the International Order of Saint Stanislas acquire this status from the moment of their registration as independent organizations according to local legislation.
National Associations of Chevaliers of the International Order of Saint Stanislas can conduct their own investitures if they have 15 members or more. Investitures shall be conducted not less than once per year. Diplomas shall be issued with signatures and seals of the Grand Prior of the proper Association and the Grand Master. Every association has the right to create its particular ritual of knighting and maintains relations with the Church power proper to its way of life.
Associations have the right to reward and accept to their ranks citizens of other countries related to their country by the sort of activity or way of life. Chevaliers accepted in such a way shall be accepted to the Association of their citizenship.
All national Associations, regardless of their strength, have an equal representation in the International Association. In the case of disagreement with the common direction of activity of the International Association, a National Association has the right to withdraw and continue its activity independently. |
